1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and byjili ("byjili", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at byjili.cam (the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or activity offered through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be bound by them. byjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the byjili Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. byjili reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to hold multiple accounts and to void any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and any financial account details used for deposits and withdrawals. byjili is entitled to rely on the information you provide and accepts no liability for any consequences arising from your submission of inaccurate or outdated information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to byjili or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, byjili and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical errors, server downtime, or network interruptions not caused by byjili's gross negligence.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

In no event shall byjili's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total amount deposited by you into your byjili account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit byjili's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Termination & Account Closure

byjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

• Extended account inactivity, subject to byjili's Dormant Account Policy.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting byjili's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of applicable verification checks.

Dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee, the current rate of which is published in the Platform's fee schedule. byjili will provide reasonable prior notice before applying dormancy fees to any account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through byjili's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

byjili operates in accordance with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe a dispute has not been adequately resolved through byjili's internal process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with that body's published complaint procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms

byjili reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on file (including by in-platform notification or registered mobile number) at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an urgent amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case changes may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at byjili.cam/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease use of the Platform and contact customer support to initiate account closure.
